Oppose AB 765 and support California’s Naturopathic Doctors!

In California, right now, Assembly Bill 765 is about to move through the legislature. If passed it would disallow licensed Naturopathic Doctors like us, to use the title of doctor. As currently written, the use of the title “doctor” would be reserved for only MDs and DOs, according to 2 legal opinions received by the California Naturopathic Doctors Association (CNDA).

Help us oppose this bill by sending a message to your assembly members. The CNDA has provided a template letter (which you can review before sending) at this link.

The first committee hearing for AB 765 is set for April 11, 2023 — send the message now to ensure the Assembly Members on the Business and Professions Committee know this bill needs to be opposed!
