Dr. Destia is launching a new and exciting program this April! It is specifically designed for people 35+ who are going through perimenopause and menopause,* and we think it could be a great resource for you or someone you know at this stage of life.
The physical and emotional changes that accompany the shift into perimenopause and menopause can dramatically affect your day-to-day life. Many shrink themselves down or close themselves off from their lives as they undergo this change — understandable when their hormones can have them feeling tearful or irritable during unexpected moments and insomnia can leave them unable to function fully. We are disrupting the way that perimenopause and menopause is experienced. Through bio-identical hormone therapy, nutrition coaching, and mindset shifts, we are transforming this journey so that life can continue to be lived fully and vibrantly. Perimenopause alone can last up to 10 years and we do not have to suffer through this journey.
Our program is a group-based approach, which means you’ll have the opportunity to connect with others who are going through the same thing. You’ll have access to expert guidance with Dr. Destia and some amazing guest speakers, including information on lifestyle changes that can help ease symptoms, tips for managing stress, supportive natural plan creation and advice on hormone replacement therapy if needed. We will talk about it all!
Here are some of the benefits you can expect from the program:
