Ever since I was a young child, I suffered from many different illnesses and had to take a variety of medications for years. It wasn’t until I was in my late teens when I discovered that I could take nutritional supplements and make dietary and lifestyle changes to treat and heal my health conditions naturally. After graduating from the University of California, San Diego with degrees in biology and ethnic studies, I attended naturopathic medical school at the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, AZ.

I made the decision to attend naturopathic medical school because I felt this would allow my scope of practice to be more comprehensive and holistic, allowing a wider embrace of the uniqueness of every patient. I believe that health is not just the absent of disease, but a way of bringing balance back to the body, mind, and spirit. The body is the biological foundation of health; it has the natural ability to heal itself if given what it needs in the least invasive and most natural way.

I heal patients from all acute and chronic conditions, with specializations in endocrine disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, women’s health, detoxification, weight loss, pain management, and anti-aging medicine. I utilize nutritional supplementation, botanical medicine, homeopathy, nutritional IV and injection therapy, diet and lifestyle counseling, bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, trigger point injection therapy, prolotherapy, and platelet rich plasma (PRP) therapy.

When not helping patients, I enjoy spending time with family and friends; and exploring the wonders of nature through a variety of outdoor activities.

I look forward to helping all new patients on their journey to health.
